"The 2005 Columbia Rediviva is 59% Cabernet Sauvignon and 41% Syrah, most of the fruit sourced from the Champoux Vineyard. Saturated purple in color, it has an alluring perfume of pain grille, scorched earth, mineral, black currant, and blueberry. Layered, concentrated, and elegant, this smooth-textured wine offers a persistent finish and several years of aging potential. It will provide peak drinking from 2011 to 2020.

Caleb Foster, owner/winemaker of Buty (pronounced “beauty”) Winery, seems to evolve his talent with each passing vintage."
